REQUIREMENT AND PRIORITY

 

1. SCCM L2 – Mumbai - Extremely urgent and needs to be closed on highest priority – Early joiners or with minimum NP required

 

2. TrendMicro L2 – Kolkata or Mumbai Location - Extremely urgent and needs to be closed on highest priority – Early joiners or with minimum NP required.

 

3. TrendMicro L1 – Mumbai – Urgent

 

CHECK WITH CANDIDATE BEFORE SENDING FOR INTERVEIW:

 

Resource will need to work from Mumbai / Kolkata    Customer Office (No WFH option)

Resource needs to be local as we have found that out location resources are not ready to relocate and back out last minute due to the COVID issue. (We have multiple such cases in Kotak)

Call the candidate and ask if he is presently in Mumbai/ Kolkata and not in his home town.

 Having 4+ years of experience on Trend Micro Apex One, Trend Micro Office Scan, Trend Micro Control Manager, Trend Micro Deep Security..

Having experience of Implementation, Upgrade of Trend Micro Suite.

Day to day troubleshooting on antivirus and vulnerabilities issues.

Should be ready to work from office

Strong understanding of Endpoint Protection technologies.

Basic understanding of Active directory, DNS, DHCP.

Ready to work in shift

 

SCCM L2 :

 

Exp+ 3+ yrs

Payout = as per market

 Planning System Center Configuration Manager hierarchy and site system roles.

Creating and managing Boundary Groups across one or more Distribution Points.

Management of site communications(Bandwidth, Senders, Secondary Sites, etc.)

Role-Based Administration: Managing custom roles and security scopes

General monitoring of site health via log files, and the SCCM console.

Monitoring backup of SCCM servers

Creating query-based collections

Deploy/Install SCCM Client on agents

Troubleshooting and managing SCCM client health

Create, modify, and produce custom reporting as needed

Installing/Troubleshooting and managing SCEP client/ Windows Defender on endpoints

Troubleshooting patch deployment and installation issues on client

Creating and troubleshooting package deployment

Window OS upgradation(OSD) from windows 7 to Windows 10 and Windows 10 upgradation & Task sequence

Troubleshooting issues related to task sequence/OSD/Os upgradation

Troubleshooting peer cache source issues

Knowledge and proficiency with a variety of Ops and Automation tools (SCCM, System Centre suites, Orchestrator, BitBucket)

Good Knowledge of Windows environment windows 2008 and above

Great at writing scripts (PowerShell, Python or any other)

Comfortable dealing with frequent testing and incremental releases

Understanding of Ops challenges and how they can be addressed during design and development

Have a working knowledge of databses and SQL

Good english communication and soft skills for better collaboration across the team
