1. Windows / OS troubleshooting
2. Patch updates, drivers installation, configure and enable services like FTP, SAMBA, SMTP, services, application services at desk/Low end servers etc.
3. Networking concept (OSI, TCP/IP ,Topology etc.)
4. Anti-Virus support at Server side (monitoring Any Server mentioned here means high end desktop )
5. Backup software and recovery techniques
6. OS backup / recovery knowledge - branch servers and low end Servers with 3rd party software’s like Dhruva, Symantec etc
7. Basic Virtualization skills - VM Disks monitoring and management,
8. MS Exchange,O365 or any other messaging skills (client side)
9. VC basic support is required to add on.
Ø Install , upgrade, support and troubleshoot win.7,win.8 and Microsoft office 2003,2007,2013 and any authorized desktop applications.
Ø Troubleshooting system startup and user login problems.
Ø Software Installation.
Ø New User Email creating, Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting.
Ø Assembling and troubleshooting of hardware devices.
Ø Installation of all Microsoft Windows Series (Win7, Win8, Win10, ).
Ø Microsoft Windows maintenance, dual booting, updating antivirus, updating windows.
Ø MS outlook configuration, backup, restore and troubleshooting.
Ø Disk Management, Partitions, Folder sharing, Access Permission
Ø Basic networking, Configuration of TCP/IP setting,
Ø Remote desktop and remote assistance.
Ø Cabling and LAN troubleshooting
Ø Installing and configuring windows server Active directory.
Ø DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), DNS (Domain Name Service).
Responsibility
Ø Troubleshooting, assembling and dissembling of hardware devices.
Ø Installing Microsoft Operating system, updating and maintenance.
Ø Configure, backup and troubleshooting of outlook.
Ø Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting services on need basis.
Ø Supporting the following technologies:- Microsoft Office products- Outlook, word, excel, power point, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox
