Job Profile

1. Install and troubleshoot all types of PC/Server Hardware and Printers including network printers independently.

2. Install MS Windows XP, Win7, Win8, Windows 10 and various PC application programs commonly used.

3. Knowledge of Windows servers like domain servers, active directory, file servers, DHCP/DNS etc.

4. Network I/O Termination, Methodology, Issue towards LAN/WAN/MPLS

5. should have practical Knowledge of managing networking of different nodes, and do trouble shooting of LAN and WAN networks including Switches/Routers/Firewall.

6. Knowledge of Outlook and other mail client's configuration and

troubleshooting.

7. Install, manage and troubleshoot corporate level antivirus with

centralized admin console.

8. SAP user ID Creation/SAP Basis Activity like User Profile Maintain will be added an advantage
